Step 1. Complete our simple online questionnaire
Simply answer a few straightforward questions to create an effective legal document online, or by phone if you prefer. Our online process guides you step-by-step. Most people finish in 10 minutes or less.
Step 2. We double-check your answers
After you’re done with the questionnaire, we double-check your answers and take care of the paperwork to ensure that all the information you provided during the order process meets State of Nevada requirements. We’ll contact you before we prepare your filing if we see any issues.
Step 3. Sign your documents and you’re done!
We print your documents and deliver them by email and postal mail to your doorstep. Follow the simple signing instructions to make your document legal. And remember, you get support for the lifetime of your business!
Post-incorporation and ongoing support
After forming your LLC or incorporating, you’re ready to formalize your business, such as by holding initial meetings and issuing ownership shares/certificates. Also, make sure you continue to meet ongoing compliance requirements.
