Step 1.
Choose your Corporation package and complete our simple online application. Simply answer a few straightforward questions and we will then process your order. Step 2.
Next, we double-check your responses and take care of the paperwork to ensure that all the information you provided during the order process meets current State of Nevada requirements. We’ll contact you before we prepare your filing if we see any potential issues.
Step 3.
Once filed, we print your electronic documents and send them by email and follow up by mailing them to your doorstep. Please remember, it is our pleasure to provide you with support for the lifetime of your business!
Post-incorporation and ongoing support
After forming your Corporation, you’re ready to formalize your business. You will want to create your Bylaws, issue stock certificates and prepare to hold initial meetings. * Due to new regulations, our company is no longer able to assist Foreign/Non-US Citizens (without a US Social Security Number) in obtaining EIN numbers for their entity.
