      • How do I get a Nevada Address and have mail forwarded to my location?

      • How Do I form a Nevada LLC or a Nevada Corporation?

      • How can I pay for a formation order if I do not have a credit card?

        You may place a phone order by calling us Toll Free at (888) 463-8462 and then mail us a personal check, Money Order or Cashier’s Check. (Our mailing address: 711 S Carson St., Suite 4, Carson City, NV 89701 USA) We also accept PayPal. PayPal offers account setup using your bank account and routing numbers.       • How do I hire a Nevada Registered Agent for my Nevada entity?

      • How do I reserve a business name, and do I have to use it right away?

        Use this order form to save your business name in Nevada. If you are not yet ready to form your Corporation, LLC or other business entity, the name will remain reserved for 90 days. Resident Agents of Nevada, Inc. will notify you at the end of 60 days to ensure timely use of your reserved name.

      • Can I change my business name?

        Yes. Any time you want to update your company or business name on the Articles of Organization/Incorporation, use this order form.

      • What is an EIN/Federal Tax ID Number* and how do I get one for my entity?

        The EIN, also known as an "Employer Identification Number" or "Federal Tax Identification Number" is the unique number the IRS assigns to your LLC.

        Resident Agents of Nevada, Inc. can obtain an EIN on your behalf for any entity within hours of its formation. We will need the name and Social Security Number (SSN) of an Owner if you have an LLC, or the name and SSN of an Officer if you have a Corporation. (We will call you for their SSN if you prefer.)

      • How do I register a DBA / Fictitious Firm Name Certificate?

        Use this order form to operate your business under a new or additional name in Nevada. A DBA (Doing Business As) registration is an official and public way to register a business name under your state. A DBA is also called a Fictitious Firm Name.
